Vinification
Hand-picking of a old parcel of Grenache, a low temperature vinification, and a long maceration of three weeks allow us to preserve all the finesse and elegance of the Grenache.
Ageing: 10 months in 4 and 5 year old barrels.
Winegrower’s advice
This wine will accompany all your meats of course, but with its very specific notes of Grenache, this wine can be a nice alternative to white wines as an aperitif.
