The palate is medium bodied, fresh, fruity and pleasant, with good acidity and a moreish aftertaste.

Destemming, light crushing, 15 days maceration on lees until bottling in spring.

winemaker’s advice

Can be drunk slightly chilled in summer with grilled meat, or more temperate in winter with simple dishes like pasta, charcuterie…

To be drunk  young, within 2-3 years.
