Slight skin maceration before pressing at low pressure. Cold settling before alcoholic fermentation on lees at 18°.

Fresh in the summer as an aperitif or with vegetable starters, grilled fish or why not with goat cheese.
Wine to be drunk young, 2 or 3 years.
