Vinification

Rosé obtained by bleeding after 12 hours of pellicular maceration.

A low temperature vinification, after fining of the juices, maintains the freshness and the fruitiness of this vintage.

Winegrower’s advice

Drink chilled as an aperitif, or with salads or barbecues.

Also a great partner to paellas, couscous or Asian cuisine.
