Soils : Stony glacial terraces
Selection of the oldest plots on the estate. Traditional vinification, grape variety by grape variety, with daily pumping over and a fortnight’s post-fermentation maceration.
Aged for 12 months in a blend of barrels of different ages and origins, with regular stirring of the lees.
Enjoy between 16° and 19° with meats in sauce or fine grilled red meats. It can also be enjoyed with soft cheeses.
Drink now, but keep for 3 to 6 years.
