The word of our Oenologist: “Each of us is capable of tasting, so come and learn to put words to what you feel by discovering the basics of wine tasting. In this way you will increase your sensory capacities in a simple and quick way. Avoid smells that could disturb your senses during tasting (perfume, cigarette, garlic sausage, etc …) “.
